LANGUAGE
Snow Hill Music does not record or work with groups or individuals whose material contains curse words or other language that is considered offensive to the general public.

PAYMENT
Payment in full is due at the end of each session (day).

DEPOSITS
A deposit of $65.00 is required to schedule a session. This deposit is non refundable.

CANCELING or RESCHEDULING
Canceling for any reason results in forfeiture of the deposit. You may reschedule a session 48 hours prior to an already scheduled session without losing your deposit.

NOT BEING ON TIME
Not being on time for a session for any reason results in you wasting money.
Example: If you schedule a session for 10:00 AM and arrive at 10:45 AM you have already spent $48.15. If you have not arrived by one hour after the starting scheduled time, Snow Hill Music will cancel the remainder of the session and begin working on another project.

ENDING A SESSION EARLY
Ending a session early for any reason results in you wasting money.
Example: If you schedule a session for 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and decide to leave early, you will be charged for the remaining unused time.

NOT SHOWING UP AT ALL
Not showing up at all for any reason results in the possible termination of all future sessions booked (to be determined by Snow Hill Music), as well as loss of deposit.

SMOKING
There will be no smoking in the building or while standing outside the front door with the door open. You may smoke outside, provided the front door is closed and you dispose of all butts etc., in the supplied container (flower pot filled with sand).

EATING / DRINKING
There will be no eating or drinking in the studio. You may eat outside in your car provided you take all of your trash with you or dispose of it in the large green can outside of the studio.

CHILDREN & FRIENDS
If you must bring children or friends to the studio, they must remain in the studio at all times. It is your responsibility to keep them quietly entertained especially during recording and mixing.

LIABILITY
Snow Hill Music is not responsible for any personal items, or equipment, or masters, or copies of current projects, or any other materials that you leave behind. This includes any electronic data (computer files) or media.

POLICY CHANGES
Snow Hill Music may make changes or additions to the above policies at any time without prior notification. You will be expected to honor these changes.
